Alvin Jenkins

One night in May 2006, Alvin Jenkins needs to take out two bags of garbage. As he does so, there is a strange noise. When he investigates, he sees something under a car and stands up to run away; however, he is grabbed and pulled under the car screaming.

He wakes to find himself in a cage in a barn. A routine develops, where he is scared they will assault him and tries to get back to the far corner or his cage, and once a day they feed him before leaving him alone. A week goes by this way, before another young man is deposited in the cage next to his. Jenkins groans awake to find him asking questions. Turns out, the young man was looking for him, and he's got a brother out looking. Jenkins doesn't believe anyone will find them, way out in the country. The man wants to know what grabbed them, and then two kidnappers comes in to open Jenkins cage and feed him. They leave, and the man thinks that Jenkins shouldn't get worried about being attacked. Jenkins asks, and the young man is Sam. Sam is trying to pull a conduit down, and Jenkins tells Sammy to give it up. Sam tells him to not call him Sammy as it breaks, bringing down a bracket. But whatever it did, it must've been a short, because his cage unlocks and opens. Sam thinks Jenkins should just stay put, but he's determined to get out and send help to Sammy, telling him bye as he slips out.

It's raining, and he's careful, and he's grateful to see a knife on the ground. Picking it up, he heads for the woods. He hears voices, and takes off running. Suddenly smacked in the head with a long pole, the camouflaged man starts to knife him, but Jenkins is able to knife him in the leg and get away. He runs for a bit, finally slowing down, and another camouflaged man runs a knife through Jenkin's leg. He parries with both of the men, before his knife is knocked out of his grasp and he turns to hobble away. They laugh at him, before he trips and falls. The two catch up to him, and stab him.
