Harley Jorgeson has a wife named Stacey Jorgeson, and they took in their neice, Emily Jorgeson. Together he and his wife own a gas station/ garage. They are town elders, in charge of sending the sacrifices to Vanir once a year. |

In April 2005, Harley made sure to fix Holly and Vince Parker's car to stop by the orchard. When they came out of the cafe, Stacey gave them an apple pie. Vince shakes hands with Harley; Emily mentioned Vince has a cool tattoo. Harley and Stacey gives the couple directions. Vanir takes them, and is satisfied for the year.
On Thursday April 13, 2006, a young man calling himself John Bonham starts poking around, asking information about the Parkers. Harley tries to brush him off, but Emily remembers the tattoo, so Harley "remembers". The Parkers were there for gas, and then went out to the interstate, so he gives John directions to the interstate.
On Friday a young couple shows up. Harley starts pumping gas, and mentions that their brake line is leaking. He tells them that he will have it ready by sundown, and they go to the cafe to eat supper. He "fixes" the brake line, and also fixes the car to stop by the orchard. He gives them directions, and they are sent to Vanir.
Only John stops the sacrifices. The sheriff made sure to grab him, and the town elders congregate to figure out who else to sacrifice. Everyone else votes for Emily, which upset Harley, but he gave in. Vanir must have it's sacrifices. Harley and Stacey goes and grabs Emily, and brings her down to the cellar where John is in.
When it is time for the sacrifices, they bring out John and Emily and take them to the orchard. They tie each to a different tree, and withdraw. While waiting for the scarecrow to come to life, Emily and two young fellas come running out. Everyone pulls out a gun and a flashlight to surround them. The sacrifice must be made. However, the scarecrow kills Harley, stabbing him through with the sickle. It takes Harley's body away, dragging it with the sickle, never to be seen again.
