Dr. W. Mason is an Ancient Greek professor at a local college, whose daughter Angela died in a car crash. |

A week after Angela dies, Sam and Dean, who are friends of Angela's, show up at Dr. Mason's office offering condolences. He invites them into the office. Dean looks through one of his ancient Greek books while he shows Sam a photo album of Angela. They talk about feeling as if Angie's still around, and Dr. Mason admits he still phones her before realizing... he's just lost without her.
Two days later Dean and Sam show up at his house. Dean is belligerent, shoving a paper with an ancient Greek divination ritual at Dr. Mason, talking about zombies. Dr. Mason confirms the ritual, but claims it's legends. Dean then claims Dr. Mason brought back his daughter as a vicious, violent, nasty creature. He tells them to leave his house. Dean demands to know where she is, when Sam grabs Dean to show him Dr. Mason's beautiful living plants of all things. He picks up the phone to call the police as Dean storms out. Sam apologizes, saying they will never to bother him again, before leaving after Dean.
