Chapter 3 brings the charges against the stupid, senseless, heedless people of Israel and they are called upon to take notice of the judgments against them and unless they repent and reform, they can expect God to proceed with those judgments.
"Hear this word that the Lord has spoken against you, O Children of Israel." "Publish what I have to say in your palaces." "Repent or the children of Israel shall be taken out of Samaria."
