Chapter 10 records the wealth and power of the Persian King and the blessing that Mordecai was to his people. This is the end of the book in the English Bible, but the Greek Bible has Chapters 11 thru 17 added for the purpose of giving some religious motive for the book not present in the first and original 10 chapters.
