Additional ordinances are recorded in this chapter relative to the ninth commandment. Ordinances against the bearing of false witness, the giving of false judgments, doing good to their enemies, not oppressing strangers, and ordinances governing the sabbatical year, three annual feasts, conditions of their obedience during the time in the wilderness and their need to keep themselves apart from other nations.
