Chapter 31 records the calling of craftsman with "God given abilities" to make all the furnishings for the Tabernacle. (Actual construction is recorded in Chapters 35 through 39)

Bez'aleel was the architect of the Tabernacle. He was of the Tribe of Judah. He was given Knowledge of all the crafts, i,e, artistic designs, gold, silver, bronze and wood working, as well as stone cutting and setting.

Oho'liah, of the Tribe of Dan, was to be his assistant. To all "able bodied" men talents were given for the purpose of constructing the Tabernacle and all the furnishings. Then the Lord said to Moses, "Tell the people to keep the Sabbath as a sign between me and them." "If they do this, I will sanctify them." Every one who profanes the Sabbath will be put to death. Six days the Lord labored and created the heavens and the earth, but on the seventh day, He rested. Then the Lord gave Moses two tablets of stone with the "Testimony" written upon them by His finger.
