Chapter 37 records the construction of the Ark, the Table of the Presence, the Lamp Stand, the Alter of Incense and the Holy Anointing Oil and Fragrant Incense. The Ark was made of acacia wood and overlaid with gold. It was 3 foot 9 inches long by 2 foot 3 inches wide by 2 foot 3 inches high. The lid was made of pure gold with gold cherubim placed, one at each end facing each other. The Table was made of acacia wood, 3 feet long by 1 foot 6 inches wide by 2 feet 3 inches high. Gold utensils were made for the table. The Lamp Stand was made of pure gold with 7 lamps. It weighed 107 pounds. The Incense Alter was made of acacia wood, 18 inches square by 3 feet high. It was overlaid with gold. The most skilled perfumers made the oil and incense.
