We have here a rather short account of His early ministry. Notices the places mentioned in the three accounts:
Matthew
Mark
Luke
Basically the accounts are similar, so combining the three, we see something of the habits of Jesus for it says that early in the morning before daybreak, He rose and went out to a quiet place and prayed. Jesus had need of communion with the Father. Here was where His Disciples found Him. They to had arose early to seek Him for He was much needed.
Note how fast His popularity had grown and how large the crowds were even at this early point in His ministry. The Disciples would have had Him to go back into the city of Capernaum but He would not do this for He had to carry His ministry to other cities also. So He took His ministry throughout all of Galilee teaching in their Synagogues.
Notice what He preached:
"The Gospel of the Kingdom." This can best be summed up as a "pardon" that comes with "salvation" and "assurance". He was also concerned with their physical well being which He healed also. Notice the diseases He healed. Many are listed but Matthew sums them up by saying that He healed all manner of sickness.
Notice how far His fame had already spread, from Syria on the north to Judea on the south and from Galilee on the west to beyond the Jordan on the east.
