This chapter prophesies that a song of phrase will be song on the day that the "root of Jesse" (Christ) shall bring joy and salvation to all nations. Every believer shall sing a song of phrase.
As the children of Israel sang a "song of Phrase when they were delivered from bondage in Egypt so shall they sing a song of phrase when the promised Messiah comes and they are delivered out of the bondage of sin. In that day, every believer shall sing a song of phrase. God's phrases shall be sung in all the congregations.
