Chapter 20 deals with 9 more statutes.
- This statute deals with the pagan practice of offering a daughter to
the sun god Moleck. Anyone who does this shall be stoned to death.
Anyone who upholds him shall be cut off from his people.
- Anyone found guilty of counseling with mediums or wizards shall be
cut off from his people.
- If a man commits adultery with his neighbor's wife, both shall be
put to death.
- If a man lies with his daughter-in-law or with another man, both
shall be put to death.
- If a man lies with his mother-in-law or a beast, both shall be shall
be put to death.
- If a woman lies with a beast, both shall be put to death.
- Seeing someone naked is punishable with separation from the people.
- Any acceptance by an Israelite of any of the customs or animals of
the Canaanites would cause them to loose their inheritance.
- Anyone who practices witchcraft will be stoned to death.
