Chapter 10 lists the ones who signed the covenant.
Note a summary of the covenant:
"All the above and all who are old enough to understand have separated themselves from heathen people and will serve God and vow to accept the curse of God if they do not obey His laws as issued to His servant Moses. They also agreed not to let their sons or daughters marry non-Jewish people. They further agreed to honor the Sabbath day. They agreed to pay a Temple Tax sufficient to run the Temple and to bring into the Temple the "first fruits" of their harvest. They agreed to give to God their first-born sons and the first born of their flocks. They agreed to support the Levites and the other Temple employees. They agreed, together, not to neglect the Temple of God."
