- He who listens to instruction, loves knowledge.
- The righteous obtains favor from the Lord, but the wicked is
condemned.
- No man shall be established in this world by wickedness.
- A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband.
- The thoughts of the righteous are right but the thoughts of the
wicked are deceitful.
- The words of the wicked bring death but the words of the righteous
bring life.
- The wicked shall be destroyed but the righteous shall stand.
- A man shall be commended for his wisdom but a per versed heart shall
be despised.
- He that is despised but has a servant is better than he that honors
himself and has no bread.
- A righteous man has regard for his beast but the tender mercies of
evil man are cruel.
- He that tills his land shall be satisfied with bread, but he that
does not is void of understanding.
- The wicked beget evil but the righteous begets fruit.
- The wicked are condemned by their own words but the righteous shall
be delivered from trouble.
- A righteous man shall be rewarded by his truthfulness and by the
labor of his hands.
- The way of the fool is right in his own eyes.
- A fool's wrath is soon known but the prudent is patient and slow to
anger.
- The righteous speaks truth showing forthrightness but the false
witness showth deceit.
- The sharp tongue pieces like a sword but the tongue of the wise
brings peace.
- Truth endures forever but the lying tongue is but for the moment.
- Deceit is in the heart of the evil but to the people of peace there
is joy.
- The just shall be protected from evil but the wicked shall be
filled with mischief.
- Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord.
- A prudent man produces knowledge but the foolish only produce
foolishness.
- Heaviness of heart makes a man stoop but a good word to him makes
him glad.
- The righteous is more excellent than his wicked neighbor.
- The lazy man does not cook what he took in hunting.
- The way of the righteous is life in it there is no death.
