- Every wise woman builds up her house but the foolish woman tares
hers down.
- The upright fear the Lord but the wicked despise Him.
- The mouth of the foolish is a fountain of pride but the lips of the
wise shall preserve them.
- Without oxen the barn is clean but then the strength of the ox is
lost.
- A faithful witness will not lie but the false witness lies always.
- Wisdom eludes the scorner but he that understands easily finds
wisdom.
- Leave the presence of a foolish man when you perceive that he is
void of knowledge.
- Fools mock sin but the righteous respects it.

- The heart knows a man's burden and a stranger will not meddle in it.
- The house of the wicked will be overthrown but the house of the
upright shall flourish.
- There is a way that seems right to a man but the end is a way of
death.
- Even in laughter there is sometimes sorrow and heaviness.
- The backslider of heart shall be filled with his own ways but a good
man with the ways of God.
- The simple believes anything but the prudent examines everything
well.
- A wise man fears and departs from evil but a fool does not.
- He that is quick to anger deals foolishly and a man that is wicked
is hated.
- The simpleton inherits folly but the wise inherit knowledge.
- The evil bow before the good and the wicked to the righteous.
- The poor is hated even by his neighbors but the rich has many
friends.
- He that despises his neighbor sins but he that has mercy on the poor
is happy.
- They who devise evil are wrong but those who devise good shall
obtain mercy.
- In all labor there is prophet but in little is accomplished by words.
- The crown of the wise is their riches but the crown of the foolish
is folly.
- A true witness delivers but a false witness speaks lies.
- The fear of the Lord gives refuge and is a fountain of life.
- A multitude of people is the king's honor but their poverty is his
destruction.
- He that is slow to anger has great understanding but he that is
hasty is full of folly.
- A good heart is life but envy is death.
- He that oppresses the poor brings reproach upon his maker but he
that has mercy for the poor honors Him.
- The wicked is driven away but the righteous has hope in his death.
- Wisdom is in the heart of a man who has understanding.
- Foolishness is in the heart of a man of lacks understanding.
- Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is the reproach of any people.
- A wise person finds favor with the king but his wrath is against
anyone that causes shame.
