- Better to live in poverty with peace and love than to live in plenty
in jealousies animosities.
- A wise servant shall rule over a son that is a fool and shall have a
part in the inheritance.
- Gold and silver are refined by fire but the Lord tries the hearts of
men.
- A wicked man will follow those who speak falsely and a lair will
hear what the evil speak.
- Whoever mocks the poor brings reproach upon his maker and he that
delights in the trouble of others shall not go unpunished.
- Grandchildren are the glory of old men and children are the glory of
their fathers.
- Excellent speech does not become a fool much less do lying lips
become a prince.
- A gift is precious in the eyes of the receiver whatever he does with
it will prosper.
- He that does not declare a transgression does so in love but he who
declares it separates friends.
- A reproof does more for a wise man than a dozen stripes will do to a
fool.
- An evil man seeks rebellion therefore a cruel judge must he set

- It would be better for a man to meet a bear robbed of her young than

- He that begets a fool does so to his sorrow.
- A merry heart does good like medicine but a broken spirit depletes
the soul.
- A wicked man who takes a bribe perverts justice.
- Wisdom is before him that has understanding but the eyes of a fool
are nowhere to be found.
- A foolish son is a grief to hid father and the one who bore him.
- To punish the just is not good and to seek equality with those who
rule is a wicked thing.
- He that has knowledge uses hid words sparingly and he that has
understanding has an excellent spirit.
- Even a fool when he holds his peace is considered wise.
