Psalm 10 Author unknown. Many believe that David wrote this one even though the style is very different. Here the author complains about the wicked and God's delay in their judgment. The Jewish Bible combines this Psalm with the 9th Psalm but a careful reading will show a completely different style and mood. In Psalm 9, the Author is pleased and assured of God's justice here he appears to be the opposite.
He complains of the wickedness of the unrighteous and their great dishonor that they do to God. He is concerned at the delay of God's judgment. He prays that God will soon bring judgment on them and that this will all come to pass in "due time".
