Psalm 19 Author David. The works and word of God. Written to the chief musician on a sunny morning. Here David declares the two areas of God's instruction to man. One, His creation in which we can see the power of the creator and two, His scriptures which make known to us His will. This is a well known and often quoted Psalm.

The heavens declare the Glory of God and firmament showth His handiwork. Note: The Law (scriptures) of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul, making wise the ignorant. The statutes of the Lord are right. The commandment of the Lord is pure. The fear of the Lord is clean (fear encourages cleanliness). The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
