A Psalm of Thanksgiving

Psalm 66 Author unknown. Remember what God has done. This is a Psalm of thanksgiving.

1. For the whole creation.
2. For tokens of His favor.
3. For answering prayers.

All this is testified to by the Psalmist as things he has experienced personally.

The Psalmist phrases God for being able from personal experience to write about these blessings especially in the answering of his prayers. We should be able to read this Psalm with grace and understanding if we have learned to give thanks for all of God's mercies.
