Lenore

Lenore brings her nest into Red Lodge, Montana, and they settle and blend in with the humans by getting jobs. However in Bloodlust, a hunter tracks one of her vampires back to the town hunting their nest. When more vampires are killed, Lenore has one of the hunters kidnapped to talk with him - Sam Winchester. Eli shows his fangs when he took the bag off of Sam, so Sam has a bit of problem listening to Lenore because of the teeth. Lenore gives Sam her word that she nor Eli will hurt him, but Sam's comparing them to other vampires. She insists they don't kill humans for their blood, instead they choke down on disgusting cattle blood. Eli wonders why they are explaining themselves to this killer, who celebrated Conrad's murder. Lenore tells him what's done is done, before explaining to Sam they were leaving town tonight. She'd rather not talk with him, but she knows that once hunters have their scent they won't stop following them. Lenore insists they have a right to live as well, but Sam's not sure to believe her. Getting into Sam's face, she tells him he will be freed. Telling Eli to return Sam without a scratch on him, Lenore turns to packing. After Eli comes back, he confronts Lenore about staying and fighting, calling it self-defense. Lenore points out that there are more than just those three, and they are out-numbered. She wants to reason with them, but Eli doesn't believe that will work. She's not giving up hope the hunters will change. Telling Eli to go into town to gather the others, she continues to pack. Carrying out a box to the flatbed of a truck, Lenore turns around to find Gordon. He grabs her, stabbing her with dead man's blood. Tying her to a chair, Gordon begins to torture her, cutting her with dead man's blood, to find the rest of her nest. Sam and Dean show up, as Lenore is helpless, and the three hunters talk. Finally Gordon wants to make a point, cutting Sam's arm and holding it over Lenore. As the blood drips on her, Lenore's fangs come out and she hisses, but she eventually is able to overcome her vampire urges, turning her head to the side. Gathering her reserves, she tells them, "No". Sam points out to Gordon that not all vampires are the same, and he picks her up to take her away. They meet up with the rest of the nest and she leaves with them.

Lenore was hiding in a basement when Eve came up to earth from below. Eve's voice is in her head all the time, and to resist is too hard. Her entire nest went back to feeding, they couldn't help it. She tries to stop it, to block it. In Mommy Dearest, someone in a trenchcoat appears and teleports her to a basement. The suddenness startles her, and she tries to run. Sam and Dean are there, saying they are happy to see her and wondering if she remembers them. She does, pointing out their friend almost killed her. They tell her he was turned into a vampire and they killed him. She asks why she is there, and Sam wants to talk about Eve. Lenore doesn't want to talk about Eve because she's staying away from her. That her entire nest couldn't fight Eve's voice and started killing again. Dean wonders if Lenore might know where Eve is, since Eve is psychic two-way street with her. Incredulous, Lenore points out that she's a video camera, and they're crazy for wanting to know. Sam points out she still gives a crap, and not wanting the whole planet dead. After she is reassured that they can stop Eve, Lenore tells them she's in Grants Pass, Oregon, but Eve now knows they are coming. However she needs something - for them to kill her. Dean and Sam argue with her, telling her she's different, they'll lock her down. She surprises them by announcing she fed on a 16 year old girl, that she couldn't help it, and begs to die. Cas comes up from behind and smites her.
